Safety

Flagship Construction promotes high standard for site safety. We do this through very dedicated, well-trained site safety officers and total site safety supervision and program control by our Corporate Site Safety Director. Our Project Team initiates a project safety program in conjunction with our Corporate Safety Director to pre-plan safety issues and review site-specific conditions prior to the project execution phase. Our goal is to ensure a safe environment for our employees, subcontractors and clients who access our construction sites.

Flagship implements a significant Safety and Health Program that is customized on a project-by-project basis. We continually scrutinize and enforce safety on all of our projects from resolute adherence to fall-protection requirements to site housekeeping by trades people. Our on-site supervision enforces our safety program and voluntarily interacts with OSHA on a regular basis to ensure compliance and education of our workforce. Through regular in-house training and education programs from outside professionals, we also provide our employees the knowledge and resources they need to optimize safety and reduce risk on every project, regardless of project size.
