Conceptual budgets are presented in a line item format with complete detail of quantities and unit prices or in a systems approach, which ever is more appropriate for the project. We continually update the budget estimate throughout the design process with the delta to keep the Owner and Architect fully informed of current costs. Flagship combines experience, a history of local competitiveness in lump sum bidding, and a keen understanding of the true value of work. In the end, it allows us to provide our clients with estimates and project costs that they can count on.
