Closeout

The Closeout phase maybe the most important phase and one that tends to get neglected in the industry. Flagship Construction manages this process closely and thoroughly. It includes the commissioning of all mechanical and electrical systems, procurement review and completion of "as-built" drawings. Additionally, we compile, organize and complete the Owner's Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
