Communication
For a project to be truly successful, there is one thing that must be present among the Owner, Architect and Contractor Team: good communication. Understanding this, Flagship instills the importance of "team" and installs processes early to help in proper and sufficient communication. This begins with weekly project meetings starting early in the planning/pre-construction phase. These standing meetings will include the Owner's Representative, Architect, and appropriate Project Team members, Consultants and/or Subcontractors if necessary.
