Construction

The construction execution begins with project set-up and mobilization. The Project Executive and Project Manager will manage this by reviewing logistics planning with the project team to ensure that all necessary components are in place for an expedient and efficient kick-off. They will then finalize the project document control system and disseminate information to the project team, award trade contracts for long-lead items and complete bid solicitation.

The team will then finalize contract awards and oversee the physical mobilization of their team to the job-site.

The Superintendent will implement the site logistics plan and set up their field offices and staging areas. The superintendent will follow-up on required permits, finalize the master schedule and assist in the final bid/award process. When construction begins, the Flagship team will manage the day-to-day operations on-site and manage the successful execution of the project. This includes schedule control and updates, construction quality and workmanship, subcontractor and material management, and safety on and around the site.
