Services Overview

Flagship Construction's Philosophy to project management is simple, "No Surprises." Our goal is to begin construction with the Project Team (Owner/Program Manager, Architect, FSCC) having a complete and thorough understanding of the entire project, including sequencing, construction means and methods, and the specific requirements each Project Team member is expected to fulfill at every stage of the construction.

The Flagship Basics

The successful delivery of any project is planning and communication. Planning must be based upon an accurate and detailed comprehension of the requirements of the project, a thorough understanding of the specific conditions in the field, a thorough understanding of the Owner's and user's needs and requirements, and then integrating these factors into the project sequence and logistical plan.

This being understood, Flagship Construction maintains a constant network of communication through meetings, verbal, graphic, written and electronic correspondence during the design process and continuing through the construction and closeout processes. Planning, timeliness and accurate communication form the cornerstone of all projects.
