Understanding the importance of quality control to a project's ultimate success, Flagship follows a detailed quality assurance and control program on every project. Our program rests on the premise that quality begins with conformance to the contract documents and its requirements. By complying with these requirements, avoiding mistakes, thoroughly communicating and proper planning, we can ensure the highest degree of quality on our projects.
To prevent costly mistakes, Flagship Construction inspects all work at the earliest possible opportunity throughout the construction process. These proactive inspections allow our project team to prevent errors, or minimize their impact. All non-conformance or quality issues will be tracked and discussed during weekly project meetings.
