Value Engineering

Flagship Construction takes a pro-active team approach to value engineering. We work closely with the program manager, architect and subcontractor representatives early in the design process to develop value-engineering items that reduce cost while maintaining design integrity. This is a process in which design material, constructability, schedule and life cycle costs are evaluated.
