• Copy of your Contractors License
• Proof or certificates of the following insurances:
  • Workers Compensation
  • General Liability
  • Automobile (if applicable)
• W-9 (at time of contract)
• Any additional certificates that apply

This information will help expedite any contracts that you are awarded.
